FAQs
Technical FAQs
Do I need to have access to a computer to attend?
Yes. Based on financial need and eligibility, we provide students a loaner laptop and printer to ensure they have the equipment they need for school. These laptops and printers are Insight Schools of California (ISCA) instructional property and must be returned when the student leaves the school. ISCA also provides assistance with technical and software issues for loaner laptops and printers. Families need to secure their own internet service provider.
Do I need high speed internet access to attend?
No. Although high-speed internet access definitely makes the experience of learning online much more satisfying, it is not absolutely necessary. Some geographic areas unfortunately do not have high-speed access available. However, for those areas that do, it is the preferred type of access for the program.
How do I get technical support?
ISCA families needing customer care or technical support for computers or the online school can call 866.512.2273 (select option 2).
What does the computer system loaned by ISCA include?
